Wii Sports from Nintendo is nominated in seven award categories at 2007 British Academy Video Games Awards. This is going to be held in London Games Festival at Battersea Evolution on 23 October.
Wii Sports can become Game of the year. Nintendo’s Wii Sports also has good chances of winning in multiplayer, strategy & innovation categories.
Other popular nominations are for Microsoft’s Gears of War and Crackdown for the Xbox 360 and Sony’s God of War 2 for the PlayStation 2.

I have the Wii and I actually like it way more than my XBox 360. Its the first gaming system that my parents actually like playing. I love that about it!
