ZapTXT alerts can be on IM clients including Skype and GTalk instead of just email. To be able to do this you have to add “zaptxt” to your Skype contact List. Now if you are tracking news for a particular keyword on XYZ website using ZapTXT, you will get a text IM on Skype as soon as a new story is published on XYZ that includes that keyword.
